My interview experience with Lululemon was chaotic from the get-go. I received an email, clearly sent to several people in BCC, saying they'd been trying to contact me yet I had no missed calls or emails. We eventually had a phone call and after a few weeks an interview was set up between me, the hiring manager and one other person. The interview itself was fine – but was 6 weeks ago, and I've been completely ghosted (which, reading other Glassdoor reviews, seems to be a regular occurrence). I emailed the HR rep and received a reply promising they'll get in touch tomorrow – which of course they never did. The entire process has been a shambles and has shown a flagrant disregard for candidates' time. Never again!

Very thorough and conversational. The interview panel seemed genuinely interested in learning about my skills and experience without an invasive dig into my past and with the opportunity for me to ask questions also. I would recommend.
