The company came to the campus, after the first round of screening:
1)There were face to face interview with Sales Head: He checks if the person is compatible enough to do the functional role of the company for which they are hired, which in this case is the sales.
2)CEO: It was a candid conversation with him, mostly to check if the person really fits in the culture of the company

Colloquio
I had a very good interview experience with the hiring manager in Gurgaon and then the video call with the CEO and HR.
I was totally impressed with their knowledge and the way they explained the role and job requirement in detail. I learnt so much about the company, its culture right, it nature of work right on day 1 with my interactions with just 3 people.
