The company now shifted to Baner and works niche technologies of MS. I was interviewed for MVC but having less experience in it they hired considering my good knowledge of c# and SQL Server. I got a chance for interview through a consultancy and as per them the company has good onsite opportunity ( South Africa & Dubai ) and growing well. They also told me that the company has their own products but i didn't found any on the mphatek website. Though risk always associated with most of the startups this company seems trust worthy as per my research about the company.

It was easy there were questions on HTML and CSS from basic to advanced and also they assigned a task to complete using HTML and CSS.
It was an average interview.

Colloquio
I applied for Java developer role. There were 3 rounds that is 2 technical and 1 managerial. Technical rounds covered OOP, Exception, Collection, Spring Core(IOC), Hibernate basic.
Need to have strong basics. The technical interview went on for almost 35-40 mins.
The manager round was equally good. Asked me about the projects I have worked on and also took time to explain regarding project and the kind of work done there and also about the work culture. Till here my experience was good. Only problem was salary negotiation.
