Be weary of this company. I had interviewed with them in the beginning of this year and was contacted for a follow up interview but never finalized a time. They just kind of said "Can you come in Friday?" and after I responded yes I was not given a time. That was the beginning of a very long pattern of more of the same. In july they had contacted me because they had remembered me from the previous interviews. I was temporarily reocated to take care of a sick relative across the country who was better and i intended to go back to MA we skype interviewed. The interview went well, so the owner told me he was going to send an offer by the next day but nothing came. When following up the following week the owner said that he was not able to address it yet. 2 weeks later he said he wanted to move forward and wanted me to come in the office to meet some people and an offer would be finalized within a few days. It still seemed to me like a desirable position so I had cut my stay short to fly back and upon returning to MA. Upon returning he has cancelled or made excuses not to meet in the office more times than i can count, to the point where i just started interviewing other places. He was unable to meet because he either had to fly out of town unexpectedly, was still out of town, or just plain unresponsive.Occasionally he would say that he would set up an appointment by the end of the next day only to conveniently not follow up. After weeks of cat and mouse games and full blatant disrespect and dishonesty, I emailed to request that they just remove my name and resume from any potential candidate lists. Just beware of Ken Madden and Madden Global Solutions and just realize this is the attitude of the boss you'd be jumping into bed with. I am relieved I have found a better employer who recognizes someone valuable when he sees it and would not waste 8 months on a hiring decision, I am very relieved I will am not working with Madden Global.

This guy couldn't hold the interview me the office because I was to "replace someone else who was not getting along with anyone else and didn't fit in with the office culture." Everytime he talked to me it was an identical conversation to the previous ones as if we hadn't talked before, and he was basically just trying to dangle a carrot in front of me to keep my interest while he was "handling" the one who was about to be Axed. My impression of the company was the dynamics were screwed up, upper management is not able to retain anything, and they celebrate their own mediocrity and call it "innovative." No thank you.
