1. They schedule a virtual interview with an HR team member in Cyprus for initial screening 2. They schedule an virtual interview with the onsite manager 3. They ask you come onsite for an in person interview whilst the other key interviewee is virtual 4. They ask to come in for ANOTHER in person meeting. This time it's with a NEW person attending virtually Red flags: - They had 4 interviews for an ENTRY level position. Quite frankly, they do not respect your time as an interviewee. - Based on research, the pay for this position was significantly less than their other international offices. - They stressed that they were a "family" - The office seemed a bit dated for international organization For those interested in this position: - You are expected to arrive at your events a day or two before and you leave on the FIRST flight out after the event. I.e if the event ends at 6:00 pm and the next flight is 10:00 pm you would 100% be on it despite working 3 days with long hours. - A lot of the job consists of data entry - You source conference venues years in advance - You may attend 2-4 events per year with one other local team member. You'd have to take time off to explore the destinations but great travel opportunity

They are very professional, responsive, I pass to the 2nd stage of the nterview process and eventhough I wasn't elected do to inmigration status back then. I wish at some point I can work there. The only thing I consider a donwside is that I was at the airport about to board an international flight and clearly very busy and they did not let me reescheduled the interview.
