I found the company on an internet website. I contacted them through email and then a representative called me back and asked for my resume. Within three days the same representative called me back and said that they had reviewed my resume and ask several additional questions of which I answered. It was a very nice conversation. We made small talk while the computer programs were doing their thing, In which I asked him if his accent was British or Australian. He responded that is was Northern England at which time I explained that my younger sisters name is London England and she is married to a man named Jim Madrid. So legally, her name is London England Madrid. This made him laugh and then when the computer began responding again he asked if I would like to take the proficiency test. I responded "yes" at which time he emailed the 37 page test to me.
