The process was very disorganized. Everyone is new. I interviewed 4 members of the team and was asked for references before they were sure of offering me the job. They offered me the job and then realized they forgot to include another member to interview me. So I interviewed the last creative member, who was very condescending. The interview was 40 mins where he had no interest. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone. Waste of time. They kept saying they would make a decision soon and come to find out they kept prolonging the interview process. After having the interview with the last member, I wasn’t interested in the position because of the red flags I saw. Because of his position, I could feel he set the tone for the rest of the company. The benefits are the bare minimum. Please don’t invest your time in this company. There are certainly better opportunities else where not to mention more professionalism.
