Had 4 steps: 1) Application 2) They sent a programming exercise for me to complete for me to send to them 3) Programming interview with a developer from the company 4) Interview with the managing director

They didn't really ask anything technical as it was a practical interview. The "HR" interview mainly focused on things within my CV
