Their HR is the worst! First round phone interview felt like she was just ticking thr boxes asking questions that’s already written on my CV. Her attitude was really unprofessional. When questions were asked she didn’t know the actual reason or what they need to fill this role.

Phone screening pretty basic - average deal size, quota/attainment, why monday.com, explains the culture, ramps etc asks about comp and an overview of the company, where its at from where it has started nothing too crazy
