Nach einem Telefoninterview, in welchem die kommunikativen Kompetenzen gesichtet werden, wird man i.d.R. zu einem Präsenz-Vorstellungstermin eingeladen, welches etwa 2h dauert. Zu Beginn wird das Unternehmen inkl. Unternehmenskultur vorgestellt. Danach folgen soft-skills und hard-skills Fragen. Zum Schluss ist Raum zum Stellen eigener Fragen.

Ich habe mich auf diese Stelle beworben: Junior Java Developer in Automotive bei msg. Meine Erfahrung bei diesem Vorstellungsgespräch war recht gut. Es fanden insgesamt 2 Vorstellungsgespräche statt. Es gab eine technische Frage zu grundlegenden Java-Kenntnissen, Design Pattern, Frame Work usw.

In the first part of the interview I talked about my education, hobbies, voluteering in english. In the second part, two employees asked technical questions about algorithms, object oriented programming and SQL queries.
