Got to know about the opening via naukri. The HR coordinator invited for technical discussion after getting all the details like skills, CCTC and ECTC.
1st round technical which took on one day.
2nd round of technical discussion after 1 week of time.
3rd round HR discussion, discussed generally and said they are not even able to give current CTC which is unethical and poor way of wasting time. Seems like the country Head and company is not much matured to organise the process well in advance.
In final interview they say that your CTC is very high which may impact the team stability blah blah blah.. all lame reasons..
The HR coordinator gets the CTC and ectc details before shortlisting the profile there itself they can filter the profile but no idea why they say at last moment. This shows the company is poor in market. Kindly don't encourage this kind companies. Before going to interview think 1000 times.
