2 interview rounds 1st interview: Interview with the line manager, ask about technical skills and why are you interested to move into a project management position. Asked if you have taken PMP certification and how comfortable are you with speaking to their client base usually doctors, nurses and clinical staff. 2nd interview: Was shortlisted for an interview with the Managing Director. Requested to take a 10-15 mins test to determine analysis/IQ efficiency. Whole interview process was quite a breeze, MD asked again if you have PMP certification. MD sounded sincere but do not seem too sure whether to hire a project manager or executive.
