Awesome experience. Took an initial technical assessment, and was notified with an invitation to interview on site a few weeks later. Interview process was very smooth, and they really want you to do well. If you fit with their culture, you will get a position here. They want motivated, and inspired employees. Looking forward to contributing to nCino!

I was interviewed by a diverse group who were down to earth and made me feel like we were having a conversation rather than a stuffy typical interview. The length of the interview was perfect - not too short, not too long. I was nervous but the panel put me at ease very quickly.

Describe a time you faced a difficult situation at a previous employer. How did you feel, how did you react, and did you learn any lessons?
Remote panel interview. Easy to understand. Multiple technology tests and submissions. Very complicated for a low paying job. This was on top of 3x phone screenings. Total time took about 40 hours.
