Interviewed with 3 managers and 1 co-worker at separate times. All employees were friendly and easy to interview with. No tests were given other than verbal assessment. Was given a tour of the facility and a general idea of the day to day activities and how effort is accessed through a ticketing system. All employees said that they enjoyed working for nCino, and make it seem like i would be a good fit.
First, there was a screening interview with the recruiter, followed by a technical interview where I met with two sets of engineers for 45 minutes each. The people were really nice, and the questions were not overly difficult.

Consisted of an initial phone interview followed up by a Zoom meeting with the department hiring manager. After this, applicants are given an online assessment to gauge the developers skillset (through CodeSignal). Finally, the last step of the interview process consists of the "Panel Interview" or "Whiteboard Session".
