Was referred to two managers looking to hire a process engineer. Had an in person screening interview which involved lots of behavioral questions from 5 different people to see if I was the right candidate for the company.
Was invited back the following week for a technical presentation of work I had done in the past. The ppt presentation was about 25 minutes followed by questions from their engineering team. This presentation was followed by several 30-45 minute 1:1 interviews with about 6-7 individuals.

Why do you think you will be a good fit for nlight? - It is important to prepare well for this question.
Multiple phone interviews with HR and hiring manager. Led to webcam interview asking to present on technical problem solving case study. The engineering team was all present and it led to a follow up interview with the team.
