Colloquio
Initial phone interview lasted approx. thirty minutes. Recruiter was personable creating the ease of conversation. Typical questions-Of what career accomplishment are you most proud? describe a situation in which you had to deal with controversy in a professional atmosphere.
In person interview was painful. Sent in two employees who held the same job title as the prospective job. The questions were poorly prepared and did not seem to have much to do with the job. The two initial interviewers' demeanors were the polar opposites of the telephone interviewer. Neither smiled throughout the entire process. Approx. five minutes after they left, two other Research Assistants entered the room and continued the interview. However less awkward, the initial had already silently made it clear, it was not a match.

Domanda 1
I have a nominal amount of experience in a said field. After stating I did not necessarily want to continue on said career path, the interviewers asked several more times exactly what I wanted to do with said experience. After expressing numerous times that I did not intend on pursuing said career and that I was interested in research (which is not at all in the job requirements), several awkward moments of silence followed my consistent response to the irrelevant repeated question.
