A friend who no longer worked for the company I was still working for talked to the hiring manager and the A/R Vice President about me without my knowledge. I got an email from this friend telling me about the company and what she had done. I was with the employer at the time for almost 11 years and did not think I would ever leave there. She indicated to me NMBS was interested in talking to me about my future with NMBS if I would be interested. I forwarded my resume to hiring manager the next morning and had a call within 2 hours for an interview. The interview was excellent. This company goes above and beyond to show the employees they are appreciated. I was offered job during my interview. I did not think how much I was asking for pay wise would be approved but hiring manager told me "No problem we can do that." I left there so excited and looking forward to starting me job. I am thankful to my friend and NMBS for this great opportunity!

The interview was extremely professional and focused on content knowledge of the medical billing industry including national/state laws, best practices for optimal reimbursement. They will go over the different types of health insurance and ask you for your approach to each type. This company primarily bills for ASC facilities so you will need to have knowledge of facility billing.
