I never made it to the interview. I was asked to complete a 4 hr. case study focused questioning, which I rocked by the way and then was not invited in for onsite interviews. I was super confused by the structure of this process. Seems as though they were looking for someone to tell them how to recruit talent, build dynamic job descriptions and pave the way for successful hiring practices in general. I finished the exhausting 4 question case studies and submitted them, heard nothing from the coordinator and then when I reached out to inquire about next steps was rejected and told that they were moving forward with other candidates.
I will be honest, whenever you ask a candidate to do work for your company, then you need to make it a business practice to pay them. It would be better for you to ask them to do the work for a fictitious company and not your own. The process was highly unprofessional and comparatively to every review I read about Nonda, I should have graciously declined to move forward once contacted.
The company has quite a bit to learn about the overall candidate experience and how to treat candidates in general. I do not have high hopes for this organization!

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews from the candidates, for a startup like noNDA- I totally got it when I myself was selected for the interview. I don't think they are interviewing for the sake of hiring but they are using this hoax interview process for eliciting feedback from candidates -so they can utilize the ideas internally. I found the process as complete fraud. Thanks to Glassdoor reviews, I had already gotten some hint.
