The hiring process was pretty unorganized due to the fact this was the first full-time position posted since this site was acquired. There are no recruiters on site so this was handled by the HR representative on site and recruiters in Phoenix. The interview was an on site round-robin style interview from a panel of 5 individuals. It was evident that the interviewers were very knowledgeable of the processes and tools by the way the questions were formed. All of the interviewers had a professional attitude.

Two and a half hour test. Six hour interview with three managers and finally with three techs and a equipment engineer. No big deal !
