Colloquio
1. Submit application from their website.
2. Initial screening by HR (recruiter)
3. Phone screening by hiring manager (0.5 hr)
4. Onsite interview by entire team members (2.5 hours including excel test) and HR (0.5 hr)
5. Offer Letter
From application submission to offer letter, it took about 4 weeks.
The process moved very fast.
