I applied online, and got an email to set up a phone interview after 2 weeks. It was about 30 mins. the interviewer was nice and tried to help me understand the question clearly.

Applied online during December and received phone interview on January. First introduced about their group, it's about LNA and RF switches; then asked about the resume (the part related to RF Design) and then questions on matching networks, switches, LNA topology. They care about LNA and matching network design. The guys are nice!
