The recruitment process was exceedingly lengthy and required a significant time investment, including a demanding technical project. However, the most frustrating aspect was the complete lack of transparency regarding compensation. The offer values shifted multiple times across different stages of the interviews, giving the strong impression of a disorganized and unserious company. I ultimately declined the offer because the final proposal was reduced so drastically from the initially agreed-upon figures that it made absolutely no sense to accept, especially when compared to my current position. A frustrating experience that lacked professional consistency.
