Applied online. Have three rounds: Phone > Designer*2 After complete the phone interview, HR informed that I should wait for two weeks for next steop. However, I never heard from HR for two months. It's unprofessional though.

The recruiter initially connected with me, in which I replied with an email asking when he was available to talk. No response, so a week later I emailed again and asked which day would work best. We coordinated a time for a phone call, in which he called me. We had the typical discussion: how's your day, what's your experience and background, why do you want to work here, let me tell you about the company, etc. The phone interview went well and he gave a lot of good information. He told me he'd contact the director and get back to me within a few days, and if I didn't hear anything then to send an email. I sent an email a week later to follow up, then another a week after that. Never got a response, not even to say "we're moving forward with other candidates".
