I was headhunted by Michelle Carlberg via LinkedIn. After a good initial phone screen, we scheduled a follow-up interview. However, she canceled the interview only 25 minutes before it was supposed to start, claiming the client was "interested" and she was finalizing next steps. After that cancellation, she went completely silent for over a week. I had to personally follow up just to receive a generic, automated rejection template. Having worked in recruiting myself (including at Express Employment Professionals), I found the lack of transparency and the last-minute cancellation to be incredibly unprofessional. If you are a passive candidate, be wary of your time being wasted here.
