      Great interview process, thoughtful interviewers and extremely prompt follow up throughout from HR so you don't feel left hanging at any point! Really considerate process and made me feel like they were equally as concerned about ME liking the role/team

      Had a few virtual interviews. The team were lovely and really welcoming. Asked all the questions you would expect for a PM role. Frustrating that they said they wanted to move quickly but the process ended up taking over two months. No comms from the company for a month after my final interview and I had to chase up via email to be told they had hired somebody else. No opportunity during the application process to disclose disability which is pretty common for most application processes now.

      Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are pleased that you had a positive experience meeting the team at Reed.co.uk during your interview process. Occasionally some recruitment processes can take a bit longer even with high priority roles due to the availability of key stakeholders. We aim to ensure that candidates are kept informed in these instances and have the opportunity to ask any questions. We always ensure candidates are given the opportunity to discuss any disabilities throughout the recruitment process, as we seek to support candidates and remove barriers to accessing employment. As a minimum, we discuss this during candidate screening calls so that people have the option to request any specific support from us during their application process.
