Very detailed and organized process especially given the team size. The process included a short call with the CEO, a 1:1 meeting with the CEO in the office, an onsite with 5 team members including a case presentation and one final panel presentation in front of 3 team members. Everyone in the team was very friendly yet challenging and seemed to have a shared vision for the role/team.
