Es fanden mehrere Vorgespräche über Teams statt: zunächst mit HR, anschließend mit dem Head of und dem Teamlead. Alle Gespräche waren sehr freundlich und positiv, die Fragen waren fair und angemessen, und auch auf Rückfragen wurde immer sehr gut eingegangen.
