They offered me the job 5 minutes into the zoom call. Then proceeded to ghost me for 2 weeks. Then rejected my application. The interview was poorly done. No questions about my background, workflow or anything related to my skill set. The guy basically said I like your work a lot and want you here as soon as possible. But he didn't know I wasn't located in Germany ( My location is right there in my portfolio but they didn't check ). Even after I told him I needed visa support he agreed with it and said no problem. Then they ignored my emails for 2 weeks. Very weird experience. I think the worst thing about it was not being asked about myself and my work. Nobody does interviews like this.
