I did not complete all of the interviews due to my salary requirements being slightly higher than what was offered (the amount offered was still very generous for the position). I first spoke with the hiring manager, then with the manager over the Payables department. My understanding is that there would have been at least one or more interviews to follow had I continued.

The interview was very conversational and mostly just covered my past experience, understanding of accounting principles, and benefits. They did also put emphasis on the candidate needing to be personable, but also able to get results when working with the company's project managers.
