I had a recruiter reach out for a phone call. The phone interview went well and then i came in for two rounds of interviews. After the holidays went by and i tried to get back in touch I received radio silence. Maybe the recruiter up and left. I received an offer elsewhere and was unable to notify the team i had interviewed with.
We are sorry that your interview experience fell short and that you were unable to contact anyone after your 2 rounds of interviews. Our goal is to be available, and provide prompt attention to our candidates. It is a learning experience for us and one will we improve on.

Started with a phone screen with a lower level HR person. They brought me into the office for interviews with 3 different people. The office was in the middle of a move to a different floor, so the space was a bit weird. But everyone I interacted with was wonderful.

Most of the interview was very conversational. Only one individual had a lot of specific tricky type questions (for example, would you rather have a project done right or done on time)
