My interview at Schuh was a great experience. The process was relaxed and fun, with group icebreakers that helped everyone feel comfortable. The managers were friendly and approachable, making the entire experience enjoyable. They took time to explain the role and company culture, which made me feel confident and excited about the opportunity.
Super easy and chill, asked basic interview questions so easy to prepare, looking for personality more than skill as they train you on that, heard back within 2 days so very efficient.
Group interview with a team activity showcasing fashion knowledge and logical thinking to suggest a second item to the hypothetical sale, followed by a general chat and filling in availability information individually.
