Group interview of about 10. Relaxed style. All young applicants. Asked us odd questions like describe what shoe we would be and why. Told us to make a window display. Told us how we would certain shoes and what products we would pair with it. They just wanted to basically see if you are social and confident . They also asked why experience we had and had to tell the whole group

There was a group interview with about 10 people then 1-1 interview after if successful in the group, would recommend to speak up in the group interview to make sure u are noticed
