I had a very positive experience throughout the interview process. The process consisted of below stages: 1. an initial HR discussion 2. a technical round with the Head of Department and PO 3. a discussion with the Director and finally a reference check. The HR team was exceptionally supportive and communicative throughout. They made me feel valued and welcomed at every stage, regardless of the outcome. The entire process was handled with professionalism and care. At each level — from HR to department leadership — the interactions were transparent, respectful, and engaging. The interviewers were open in their communication, clear about expectations, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant and well-structured interview experience. The company clearly reflects a strong culture of professionalism, respect, and people-centric values.

For 1st round, the interviewer joined as a formality and showed little to no interest in my skills and experience. The scheduled call was for 45 minutes which lasted only for 20 minutes.
