This was done by a quantitative analyst, no technical quiz, he was only gathering information on my technical experience, also asked me if I had project management experience although I applied for a developer role. More than 1 month later I received an email from their HR telling me they were putting my file on hold because they wanted to interview other candidates first and compare us all. I was finding the whole communication more than strange at the moment. I was also asked to hold on for 2 weeks and I never heard from them again.
