The interview process was quite pleasant. The interviewers were not intimidating and were more so just interesting in what I had to say about myself, resume and portfolio. The questions that were asked were not the typical “why should we hire you”, but more so just getting an understanding of specific skills and my level of expertise. They also discussed the benefits of working for their firm and it was not just me selling myself to them but also them selling their company to me which I appreciated. One of the interviewers were really reassuring when I discussed gaps in my resume or my lack of professional work and experience.
