I joined the first stage technical interview. The questions asked were fair and related to their tech stack, e.g. what is a virtual DOM in React, GraphQL pros and cons etc. The interviewers were really friendly.

Booring . As a former Lego employee (part time), if the interview calls for it, be sure to bring up your passion for the brand. Themes you like, how you build, a set you desire. Most of your time will be wandering the sales floor answering questions and interacting with customers. I guarantee the manager is looking for someone who knows the stuff on the shelves and is personally invested in it.
