Applied, was invited to an onsite interview, the interview was conducted in person with hiring manager and through video call with the recruiting manager. They indicated that the interview went positively, promised to get back to me by end of week, took two weeks to get back to me.

The first interview at the LEGO Group began with a formal introduction to the organisation, followed by a panel of current student workers who were available for questions. Candidates were then grouped into teams of three to four, where they were assessed through a structured group discussion based on a technical case study prepared in advance.
The interview process was good. I was contacted by email on the details. The interviewers were really polite, asked a lot of questions related to education and interests and we had a conversation afterwards.

It was a 45 min interview on Microsoft Teams . It was a casual interview but yet professional. There were two people. The interview went well. They asked the way I work.
