Three step process. Initial conversation with recruiter around experience/thoughts on the role, salary etc. The first interview with hiring manager and SME from the business. Asking competency based questions and questions around motivation for the role. Third and final round saw me prepare a 15 minute presentation, given to a 4 person panel, once the presentation was given I was then asked further competency based questions, motivation for the role etc. Shortly afterwards I was offered the role

Very structured, predictable due to good communication. Always new information as you get through a step. You feel included and seen. Greatest job interview series I have EVERY experienced in my 27 year career.
