First a general call with recruiter with some high-level questions about the design process and past experience. Then a 1.5hr call with directors where they try to figure out how you approach problems and how you think, in more detail.

Three step process—screening call with a recruiter, interview with the hiring manager and some of the team, then a final round interview sharing the case study I prepared. I was given two weeks to work on the case study.
