Talked with the manager in a group interview, then was asked to build something from the Pick a brick wall that represented who you are. A lot of forms too. Was called by the manager a few days later.

Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.

The interview was a typical one, where questions of how you have interacted with children included, which was different but expected from a store such as this one. I really enjoyed the conversation and the way they handled the interview.
