It was a very pro interview, the interviewer where professionel and i felt comfortable. It was 4 interviews which was one to many - it took 1 month and it was a little long process.

Interviews took place on Teams, and despite taking place remotely, I got the feeling that LEGO Group is a warm and caring employer and that I was really heard during the interview process. There was just the right amount of challenging situations combined with more casual and personal conversations.
