Both difficult and very fun. Was asked to prepare LEGO models based on a variety of prompts and then present those models. Additionally, each interview involved behavioral questions. The interviewers asked good questions with lots of follow-ups, and were very nice.

I had 4ish Stages to the interview proccess, 1st interview, Project, 2nd Interview to discuss the project, and then an in-person 2 day workshop in Billund Denmark. The workshop was a all paid for trip by the LEGO Group. Very memorable experience.
