The interview process consisted of 4 key stages, due to covid all where conducted over Microsoft Teams. 1st stage was a get to know you interview with HR and discuss my CV. 2nd stage was with hiring manager and HR to discuss my skills, experience and learn more about the new role 3rd stage was with 2x Designers in a similar role and hiring manager to discuss my experience in more depth and the job role finer details. I was also set a task to complete which involved a design concept and a presentation which was enjoyable and helped me gain a deeper understanding of the brand. Final 4th and final stage was with other stake holders that I would be working closely with. At all stages I was able to ask questions and everyone was very welcoming.

It was a very smooth process. I experience supported and guided all the way thought, with a clear idea and communication of what I could expect on each stage, The company culture was present at all stages, and both the team & HR partners showed a positive sentiment towards it.
