Had a video call with a very nice man. Unfortunately did not hear back from this man until eight weeks later. Yes - two full months later. Obviously assumed after a week or two went by that I wasn't going to advance to the next round. From what I understand, there were about five rounds of interviews so seemed like a very extensive process; I didn't make it very far. Even if it's just for rejections, I think a follow-up needs to be handled much sooner. That struck me as being very unprofessional.
