Started with a Phone call interview with the local HR, where I was introduced to the company and the environment. Then I was invited to a Teams meeting, where I met the team leader and another member of the team (a similar role as the vacant position). Lastly I pretended a physical meeting where I presented a case I had prepared from home.

First I had a interview with HR, this was more generic with questions about my motivation and experience a bit. Later on the second interview with the hiring manager I got thoroughly questioned about my job experience a I was also asked about my education, why did I choose to move to Denmark, thus they could explore my personality and character well. Last, the third interview I had some tasks to deliver and present. Through out the presentation they could explore my working method and attitude better.
