I first had a short phone interview with Birgitte Finding Andersen discussing the position in general. I thereafter had a second interview via a MS Teams Meeting with Birgitte Rosenkrantz Svingel - she gave me a nice introduction to the LEGO Group and the LS & IPR Enforcement team. Lastly, I had a third interview together with both Birgitte Svingel and Birgitte Andersen focusing on my professional background and the core responsibilities related to the vacant position.
