Smooth and streamlined, started with introduction of the company and team and mine, alongside with one hour pair TDD programming live. Next talk was with manager and senior engineer, which was more on get to know basis. Then I got an offer.

How can my growth be facilitated best, what do I expect from leadership etc. Not too many classic interview questions because manager was very familiar with my CV and portfolio.

one round of HR (around lego, your experience just normail stuffs), take home assignment - code exercise , discussion around the assignement, then team fit with three people, overrall it's good, but no offer.

Half an hour interview with a very nice recuiter (that was engineer previously, so we could go into deeper disscations).
Then technical interview where we discussed my background. Again nice people with positive attitude.
Then home task that I've been told should take no more than 8 hours :), tbh, I consider to quit the process :o
Then last interview is the toughest one, where I presented my presentation on the solution of the home task, and was being questioned about it.
All along the way all the people I met were very nice, with positive attitude.
