I participated in 2 interviews in connection with my employment. My first interview was in English about the relevant information about my applied position. My second interview was in Danish and was more about me as a match in the team I wanted to join. Both interviews were a good experience and I was well received by my colleagues

I applied online and got asked to do an online interview. Afterwards I had an in person interview in Billund with a tour of the LEGO Campus. Lastly I got asked to do another online interview before I got a job offer.
