Some tricky questions, some strange ones. After 2nd interview I got a call to say I had the job.

I applied for element design intern in Billind, I completed an online application which included cv, cover letter and portfolio, followed by one-way interview, which would then lead to a live interview and possibly another panel interview

Some of the question had only 1 chance of recording while others 2 chances, and some where 1 minute long, while others 2 minutes long. Also, we had to prepare a creative homework which we were supposed to show to present ourselves in one of the questions

The art test is reasonable, well-structured, and not overly demanding, ensuring it's both a challenge and a fair assessment of skills.
