First stage: Pre-screen telephone call with the Assistant store manager, asked some competency based questions
Second stage: In-person interview with two store supervisors - was more of a casual conversation where they want to get to know you a bit more

Lief sehr schnell und unkompliziert ab. Es wurde Lego Grundwissen abgefragt und kleine Präsentationscases, bzw. Sets vorstellen etc. War sehr angenehm und Feedback kam auch sofort nach dem Gespräch. Es wurden auch Themen wie Gehälter und Arbeitszeiten schon besprochen, also wirklich sehr schnell und unkompliziert

Interview with the manager and Human Resources manager in an office in the warehouse. They were both very nice and approachable. They didn't ask hard questions. But unfortunately, they didn't choose me.
